90 Degrees South™ Return Policy

Please read the following “Returns Policy” very closely to clearly understand how it will apply to any purchase(s) you may make on the Site.  Unless otherwise specified within the Site for a specific product, any orders made on the Site may be returned to Ninety Degrees South for any reason within not greater than thirty (30) days after the shipping date (the “Return Period”), as further provided below.  

RETURN PROCEDURE

If you desire a refund, please first contact Customer Service—at the number reflected below—to obtain “Refund Approval Code”, which you must write legibly and conspicuously when addressing your return package to us.  You are solely responsible for any repackaging and shipping costs related to any returns.  If your return is received within the Return Period, we will promptly refund the amount of your purchase (less any shipping charges that we incurred in fulfilling your order) via your original payment method (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, etc.).  Please allow at least one (1) billing cycle after we process your refund (or effect a credit to your payment card or other payment vendor) for the refund/credit to appear on your applicable statement.

NOTES:  In no event will we refund or credit you if any purchased product has been used or worn in any manner, or if any tags have been removed.  We strongly recommend that you use Priority U.S. Mail, UPS, or FedEx, because you can track and insure any of your return shipments using any of such nationally recognized delivery services. 

RETURNS DISCLAIMER

90 Degrees South shall not be responsible for any of your returns that may become lost or damaged in transit, nor will we be liable for any C.O.D. or additional shipment charges.  Any attempted returns after the Return Period will be rejected by us and summarily returned to the sender’s shipment provider (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), without any liability whatsoever on the part of 90 Degrees South.

EXCHANGES VIA CUSTOMER SERVICE

If, during the Return Period, you require an exchange for a different size or would like a different color product, please promptly contact our customer service department at (770) 828-7376 to check our inventory.  If we have your preferred size or color, we will promptly ship the desired “exchange product” to you upon receipt of your return shipment.  Note that you may be charged for any difference in price.  (By way of example, and for illustrative purposes only, if you buy a 90 Degrees South™ Medium (M) T-Shirt in yellow at $14.95 and, during the Return Period, you prefer to have the same style T-Shirt in black and size Extra Large (XL), at a cost of $19.95, then we will “exchange” the M T-Shirt for the XL T-Shirt and charge you $5.00 for the higher priced XL T-Shirt, plus applicable shipping charges.)
